Ariel Gail

Prof. Gail S. Goodman has been an accomplished professor of psychology since 1993 and Director of the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. Her name has been recognized as a pioneer in the field of eyewitness testimony and child witnesses in legal settings. Professor Goodman has published extensively as well as received numerous grants. She has also has been awarded several international and national prizes. She has offered advice on policy and research for numerous government agencies and departments across the world. She also serves as a consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a Fellow in the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association, (Divisions Experimental Psychology Developmental Psychology Society for Children and Families Policy and Practice American Psychology Law Society Psychology of Women and Traumatic Stress 57). She is a founding member of the American Professional Society for the Abuse of Children, the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She is the former president of American Psychological Association Divisions for Child and Family Policy as well as Practice Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Developmental Psychology.
